General Conditions of Welcome and Sale

Prices

Rooms’ prices have to be understood by room and per day, for a reservation directly at the hotel, or at the Reception desk, or at phone, or by the official website of the Hotel www.centralhotel86.com

Price for breakfast is given per person and per day.

VAT is included in the prices.

Stay tax will be invoiced as an extra, according to the current price. Provisions of services such as phone calls, parking, and hot drinks will be invoiced at the current price.

Reservation

Each reservation has to be confirmed by the Hotel and guaranteed by credit / debit card. Before your arrival, we have the possibility to ask for a pre-authorization to debit / credit card services. This process is used only to guarantee your reservation and no money will be taken from your bank account before the first day of your stay.

The Reception is opened from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm. Please, let us know your time of arrival when you are making a reservation and contact us if you plan to arrive after 9.00pm.

When you reserve, we will take in account your special queries: room at the 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd floor with a balcony, bed for baby, bicycles to park or special products for breakfast.

A reservation well defined will allow us to welcome you better.

Modification or cancellation or your reservation

Individual reservation

Each reservation which is composed of less than five rooms is considered as an individual reservation.

You will be able to modify your individual reservation without fees, regarding prices and availability.

You will be able to cancel your individual reservation without fees, until 48 hours before your arrival day.

After that delay, you will be charged for the first night.

Group reservation

Each reservation which is composed of five rooms or more will be considered as a group reservation.

The hotel asks for a payment of 30% deposit at the moment of the confirmation of reservation.

The payment of the balance will be made before the arrival of the group.

You will be able to cancel your group reservation without fees, until 30 days before your day of arrival.

After that delay, an allowance calculated on the whole stay will be invoiced to you in accordance to the following schedule:

Cancellation 15 days before your arrival, 25% of the stay

Cancellation 8 days before your arrival, 50% of the stay

Cancellation 2 days before your arrival, 75% of the stay

Cancellation on the eve or day of arrival or if you are not coming, 100% of the stay

Your stay

On the day of your arrival, your room will be available from 2.00pm. If you are coming earlier, we will make our possible to let it available. Please, check out your room at 11.00 am at the latest on the day of your leaving. If damage is caused, even if it is noticed after your leaving, your responsibility will be involved.

Different ways of communication are available: phone, fax, wireless router, free or not. We cannot be responsible for technical events. For Wi-Fi connection, and in accordance with the law, URL of referred websites will be registered on a secure host during one year.

The Hotel Central is situated in the heart of the downtown. If you travel by car, be very careful for parking, at no time, the hotel responsibility will be involved if there is a fine. A city parking is available Rue Carnot at the current price.

Our quality engagement

Your satisfaction is our motivation. We engage ourselves to bring you all our attention to make your stay in the Hotel Central as pleasant as possible. If a mistake in the reservation occurs, from the customer or from the Hotel, we will try our best to propose you a room in a hotel of an equivalent category and price. In case of a mistake from the hotel, taxi fares, if necessary and the gap between prices of rooms could be paid by the hotel, as compensation, without total amount exceeds the one of the first night of the reservation. The Hotel will be the only judge of that decision.

We are thoughtful to the quality of your stay by always bringing improvements and by making sure that all available facilities are working. However, do not hesitate to inform us of any difficulty. In case of serious dysfunction, the Hotel could apply a goodwill gesture and will the only judge of that decision.

Payment

Apart from special written agreement, bills are due to the Hotel, cash, at the moment of your stay. We accept different methods of payment:

Cash in Euros, excepted for security reasons, notes of 500€, debit / credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.

Confidentialité

HOTEL CENTRAL n'enregistre pas d'informations personnelles permettant l'identification, à l'exception des formulaires que l'utilisateur est libre de remplir. Ces informations ne seront pas utilisées sans votre accord, nous les utiliserons seulement pour vous adresser des courriers, des brochures, des devis ou vous contacter.

Les informations recueillies sur les sites bénéficient de la protection de la loi "Informatique et Libertés" n° 78-17 du 06 janvier 1978. Elles bénéficient d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'opposition à communication et de suppression sur simple demande à HOTEL CENTRAL, 35 PLACE DU MARECHAL LECLERC, 86000 POITIERS.

HOTEL CENTRAL pourra procéder à des analyses statistiques sans que celles-ci soient nominatives et pourra en informer des tiers (organismes d'évaluation de fréquentation) sous une forme résumée et non nominative.
